  Abstract One day, I intended to borrow a book on C# to help my course learning. Firstly, I found one book named Advanced C# Programming(4th edition)on the library website. I marked down its ISDN number. According to this number, I located that position in the library, but I didn’t get that book. I remembered that the website showed it is in the library clearly. So I had a look round. Finally after a long search I got that book in the opposite bookshelf. Maybe some student had forgotten to put it back. Several days after that, I am very despondent to return that book to library because it is too complicated to suit a beginner like me. This incident is not the first time that happened.
